This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) mainly set out by the Power Flash (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) for the policies relating to the security of information on the collection, keep, use, and disclosure of personal information about you (the user of application hereinafter refers as “you”, “your”, “yours”) in connection with your use of our Power Flash Application (hereinafter referred to as “Application”).
By accessing and/or using our Application, installing and/or running on your mobile device or browser, We shall assume that you have already read, and you understand, agree and consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
By clicking “accept all or I agree to the Privacy Policy” or you log in or register your personal information in the Application for the purpose of using Application, the terms and condition set out in this Policy is binding as an agreement between you and us without your e-signature.
The defined terms in this Policy shall have the same meaning as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions unless further specified.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. You voluntarily provide us your personal information with intent to use our services in Application.
1.2. The following information will collect when you register your account as user in our Application.
a) Personal Information: your name, age, gender, identification number, date of birth, phone number, residential address, email address.
b) Account Information: Account ID No. and the information you filled during registration such as your name, email address, phone number, password, security codes.
c) Location Information: latitude, longitude, postal code, township, region, time, and date of the location where the Power Bank is leased and restored.
d) Payment Information: payment method, Bank Account No., Information regarding Mobile Wallets and Banking, Information regarding Credit Card or MPU Card, Visa Card, Master Card, records of payment transactions by cash, and Mobile banking.
e) Technical Information: the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your device’s IMEI number, the MAC address of the device’s wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the device), mobile operating system, , internet network or wireless connection information (including Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, mobile browser, browsing history, Log Data , language and time zone settings, and other technical information
f) Usage Record: Your favor, interest, priority and feedback, queries, comments, responses upon our surveys and other similar information provide by you,
1.3. You have the right to revoke your permission relating to collect your personal information by us at any time. If you do so, you may be regarded that you have already agreed to omit using all or any part of our services or we may immediately terminate our service in the Application which is providing to you.
1.4. By providing your personal information to us or through your use of our Application, you hereby acknowledged and understood our purpose of collecting your personal information and you also hereby accepted and agreed to do so.
1.5. Other information of you excluding personal data, images and letters will be regarded as non-confidential information or your unrestricted information. Except your special instruction during the period you provide the information to us, you agree to allow us to collect, use, store, copy, disclose, public, and transfer all of such information. Moreover, you warrant and represent that your personal information provided to us are accurate and correct once this Policy enforces.
2. How we collect information
2.1. We will collect your information/data from your directly provided information or through your use of our service in Application or through any other third-party affiliates that we collaborate to improve the performance of our service. .
2.2. We shall automatically collect your personal information/data when you register as user or log into your account to use our services in the Application.
2.3. We shall automatically collect your technical information and your location information during your use of our service. Moreover, we will also collect your provided information when you contact to us for filling online form via phone or email.
2.4. Subject to clause 2.1, the word “other third-party affiliates” which we collaborate to improve the performance of our service includes our business partners, technical, payment, delivery, data analytic providers and person or business that we particularly engage for advertising network.
3. Use of Information/data
3.1. We will not transfer or sell your personal information/data to any third party, person, organization, or company.
3.2. We will use the information provided by you for the following purposes:
a) To create and register the account, to verify your identity while log in, and to manage the account,
b) To update and maintain our services,
c) To personalize your preferences,
d) To fulfill the customer service and to response to your queries, requests, complaints, comment, and email,
e) To notify our announcement, updates and maintenance, security announcement and changes in privacy policy.
f) To analyze your use of application in order to access our services.

i) To suggest you nearby power bank station and track the nearby power bank station to lease and restore
j) To improve our products and services including managing to be able to use conveniently for all user while many users require to use our services simultaneously

d) To third parties that we choose to merge, acquire, sale or transfer our business or assets. If there is any material changes in our business, your information will continuously use according to this Policy by new owner.
3.4. We instruct third parties or organizations to follow the terms and conditions set out in this Policy and to comply with the existing laws and to respect the privacy of our users. We also prevent third parties or organizations from disclosing your personal information to its own purpose and interest without our guidance and instruction.
4. How We Manage your information – User information protection
4.1. We use commercially acceptable measures to ensure your personal information/data is stored securely to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or modification or misuse or disclosure or lost and damage from time to time. Due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
4.2. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, according to the nature of internet, we cannot take responsibility for the following events which is arising beyond our reasonable control:
a) any malicious attack from hackers or organizations, unauthorized access, unlawful interceptions, or loss of personal information in taking steps to protect your personal information for our commercial purposes
b) event beyond the reasonable control of us such as ISP shortage, shortage of Intelligent terminals, internet network and other system, electricity shortage, strike off, labor disputes, riots, fire, flood, storm, war, action by government or similar bodies, order or action by legislation or executive agencies.
5. Data Retention and Account Termination
5.1. We will remove or delete your information if:
a) You close or delete your account,
b) You do not use your account for a consecutive period of one year,
c) You notice us that you are willing to delete your personal information,
d) The purposes in this Policy shall no longer need to engage,
e) Your personal information is no longer needed to keep under laws.
5.2. Unless otherwise prohibited in applicable laws to keep your information, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we shall continue to retain your personal information to protect or exercise our rights for the purposes mentioned in this Policy. Provided that your personal information will be restricted to access and use.
6. Modification of Privacy Policy
6.1. We may amend, modify, revise or update this Policy at any time when necessary.
6.2. We may modify or revise the terms and conditions in this Policy accordingly and the updated terms and conditions will be replaced in its original without giving any prior notice to you.
6.3. It will immediately come into effect and if you use the application after such revision or update, it will automatically be deemed that you have already acknowledged and accepted the revision or update of the Policy.

8. Others

8.2. If settlement cannot be reach, such dispute shall be referred to the relevant courts of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
8.3. Any provision in this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision in this Policy. If there is any unclear and ambiguous provision, such provision shall be interpreted according to the meaning provided in applicable law.
